Good times in Las Vegas

It's always been our thing here at Sup Auto to take a trip to Vegas if we meet a certain target. This was a fun idea from the previous owner and I love it! May long 2023 was the third trip we've done since I bought this business and as always it was amazing and a good time was had by all. We took in a Las Vegas Knights playoff game and some of us went to the Grand Canyon some of us went golfing, some went hiking in the mountains, lots of good drinks, good meals, and of course lots of walking!

Usually these Blogs are supposed to have a point. Well my point is as months and years go on in business don't forget to have some fun along the way! Show your staff their appreciated.

MPI winter tire program

If you're thinking about buying winter tires, MPI winter tire program is a great option.

White knuckling through busy intersections on a cold morning? Cursing the city because they haven't laid down the salt yet? You live in Manitoba and winter tires will help you. If you don't want winter tires for your 4wd SUV, winter rated all season tires are eligible and a good option. This program will also finance things like the alignment costs. We do all the processing, no need to call MPI. Here is some info from their website.

The Winter Tire Program (WTP) provides low-interest financing to eligible Manitobans at prime plus two per cent, on up to $2,000 per vehicle. To be eligible for the Winter Tire Program, you must:

be an individual (not corporate) Manitoba Public Insurance customer
purchase qualifying winter tires for a passenger vehicle or light truck registered under your name
have no financing restrictions or outstanding payments on your Manitoba Public Insurance account

Customers financing approved winter tires may also receive financing on associated costs. This includes:

rims
Tire Pressure Monitoring System
addition of studs to tires (some limitations apply)
mounting and balancing
storage costs (if paid during initial purchase)
switchover costs (if paid during initial purchase)
wheel alignment
nitrogen fill
valve stems
shop supplies
applicable taxes and fees

Processing and payments

You can pay for your winter rated tires by making monthly, preauthorized payments to Manitoba Public Insurance through your bank account. Your first payment will be withdrawn one month from the date the loan is processed. Preauthorized payments are withdrawn each month on the withdrawal day you selected.

$1000 EXAMPLE estimated payments (at 5.95% interest)

1yr $85.83/month 2yr $44.27/month 3yr $30.38/month 4yr $23.45

We will remain open for business. Our hours will remain normal. We want you, our customers to feel safe bringing your cars in to us to be serviced. We will be offering free pick up and delivery from your home along with over the phone credit card payment or e-transfer.

We will be regularly disinfecting all frequently touched surfaces in the office and will be wiping down customer’s keys/fobs, steering wheels, shifters, and door handles with sanitizing wipes before and after we service the vehicle.

Our technicians thoroughly wash their hands between vehicles. We have hand sanitizer available and encourage everyone to use it. We have removed our candy dish from the lobby.

Please, if you are unwell or sick, DO NOT bring your car in for service. Take us up on our free pick up and delivery.
